Sophia Weis, DNP, ACNP

SWAN Brain and Spine partners with Re.Wellness, a Scottsdale Wellness Practice that offers IV nutrition, aesthetics/facials, hormone optimization, weight management and wellness coaching. Together, we aim to create achievable and sustainable wellness plans.

Sophia Weis, DNP, ACNP, began her healthcare journey at the age of 17 as a certified nursing assistant. By 20, she was working as a bedside nurse and, driven by a passion for advancing her knowledge and skills, returned to school to earn her bachelor’s degree, eventually completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in 2015. Throughout her nursing career, Sophia has gained diverse experience, including working in intensive care units, participating in global medical missions, and specializing in advanced practice within Neurosurgery. Over time, she shifted her focus from a primarily reactive approach to healthcare to one that is more proactive and preventative.

Sophia’s approach to patient care is deeply rooted in wellness coaching. She takes the time to understand what matters most to her patients, crafting care plans that align with their values and goals. By collaborating with her patients, Sophia helps develop achievable and sustainable wellness plans tailored to each individual’s needs and aspirations.
